Registration will be considered confirmed when the payment is received.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated in written form to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International – AIM Italy. Please email wtc2019.reg@aimgroup.eu. For cancellations received within 31st December 2018, the registration fee will be refunded deducting an administrative fee of 10% of the paid amount. After this date there will be no refund.
The refund, if due, will be issued within 60 days from the end of the Congress.
